Welcome to the start of your website design journey! Our design calls are a collaborative and exciting step in the website design process. During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your vision, gather key information, and ensure we’re aligned on your project goals.


Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

1. Gather What Materials You Have

We’ll start by reviewing the materials you already have, such as your logo, brand colors, business content, and images. If there are any missing elements, don’t worry—we’ll identify what’s needed and discuss how we can help you fill in the gaps.

2. Explore Your Goals

Next, we’ll dive into what you hope to achieve with your website. Whether it’s increasing online visibility, showcasing your services, or creating a user-friendly experience for your visitors, we’ll make sure your goals are front and center throughout the design process.

3. Inspiration & Ideas

Do you have design inspiration or websites you love? This is the perfect time to share them! We’ll discuss what you like about those designs—whether it’s the layout, color scheme, or unique features—and explore how to incorporate similar elements into your website while keeping it uniquely yours.

4. Collaborative Planning

Using screen-sharing, we’ll collaborate in real-time to brainstorm ideas and solutions. This ensures we’re on the same page and allows us to address any questions or concerns right away. By the end of the call, we’ll have a clear direction for your website project.

Virtual Design Calls

Our consultation calls take place online via Google Meet, a reliable and accessible video conferencing platform. With Google Meet, you can join the call instantly using just a link—no account required. Simply enter your name and request to join.


This setup allows us to share screens, collaborate effortlessly, and discuss ideas in real time, ensuring a smooth and productive consultation experience.

Considerations Before We Begin the Design Process

As mentioned above, if you don’t currently have the materials listed below, no need to worry—these services can be added to any website package to ensure your project is fully supported. Brand Colors

Your brand colors are the visual foundation of your business. If you’re unsure of your brand colors, we can help you develop a color palette that aligns with your business identity and resonates with your target audience.

Logo

A professional, well-designed logo is critical for establishing credibility and making a strong first impression online. Your logo acts as the cornerstone of your brand identity, appearing on your website, social media, and marketing materials. If you don’t have a logo yet, our design team specializes in creating memorable logos tailored to your business.

Business Content

High-quality, tailored content is essential to communicate your business’s value effectively. This includes your homepage message, service descriptions, and even an About Us section. Well-written content helps build trust, engage visitors, and drive conversions. If writing content isn’t your forte, we offer copywriting services to ensure your message is clear and impactful.

Considerations Before Launching Your Website

Domain (URL)

Domains aren’t included in our website design packages, but they’re super important! Your domain is the address for your digital home, and it needs to be purchased through a third party like GoDaddy. Once you have your domain, we’ll handle the techy part of connecting it to your new website—no stress required. Domain prices and fees vary by provider, so you can choose one that works best for you. Host Your Own Website

Every website needs hosting to be accessible online. With this option, you can set up your own DUDA account and take full ownership of your hosting. This is a great choice for those who want help designing and launching their website but plan to manage updates, changes, and ongoing maintenance themselves. Once the site is complete, we’ll transfer it to your DUDA account, and you’ll handle hosting payments directly with them. Learn more about website hosting here.

Website Hosting With Us

If you prefer to have us manage the hosting for you, and don't want to create your own account, we offer a convenient option for $30 per month. This fee covers DUDA's monthly hosting, and our account fee that we will take care of on your behalf. Any future updates, changes, or maintenance would fall under our additional services.


*For businesses that require regular updates on a weekly or monthly basis, we also offer monthly contract options for ongoing support.*
